This notice covers the data processing of the Gamify Partner Android and iOS mobile application (the "App"). The App is used exclusively by Gamify partners (venue operators) to launch games at their own events.
1. Data controller
The data controller is the operator of Gamify. Contact for privacy questions: hello@gamify.hu.
2. What data do we process?
- Partner identifier: the text identifier the partner enters in the App, stored only on the device (local
SharedPreferences). - Device cookie: after activation, the embedded browser component (WebView) receives an authentication cookie from the Gamify server. This cookie is only stored on the device and in the Gamify backend.
- Diagnostic data: logging of connection errors and the last activity time of the paired device.
The App does not collect personal data about the partner's own guests, does not use analytics SDKs or advertising identifiers, and does not collect contacts, location, microphone or camera data.
3. Purpose and legal basis
The purpose of data processing is to ensure the operation of the App: identification of the partner and the authentication required to access the games. The legal basis is the performance of the service contract with the partner (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
4. Storage and retention
- The partner identifier and session cookie remain on the device until the partner logs out or removes the App.
- Server-side device data is retained until the partner contract ends or the device is manually disconnected.
5. Data sharing
We do not share data with third parties. The App communicates exclusively with *.gamify.hu subdomains (HTTPS). Hosting: data is stored on servers located in the European Union.
6. Your rights
- Right to information, access and rectification.
- Right to erasure and restriction of processing.
- Right to data portability.
- Right to object and lodge a complaint (Hungarian authority NAIH: naih.hu).

7. Changes
Any future changes to this notice will be published on this page. In case of significant changes the partner will be notified in advance.
